stability needed for positive attachment of exit devices and

has been known through the years as one of the strongest joints
ever designed.

The foamed-in-place urethane core resists
dents by cushioning impacts a door will
sustain in daily abuse.

Extrudart's extra sturdy continuous hinge
follows the full length of the door, evenly distributing the
stress delivered to the door and its frame. The hinge also has
the revolutionary Adjusta Screw System which helps in giving
the installer a 3/8" total width adjustment during the
installation of hard-to-fit openings.

The adjustable lock edge fastening system allows the installer
an additional 3/8" of total width adjustment for aluminum,
in addition to the width adjustment available on the hinge side
of the door.
